For Women aged 18+ Practise essential heels techniques 1 night per week. Set performance goals, learn fun beginner friendly routines and participate in performances.
A class for Women 18+. This class is designed to empower Women through creating safe spaces for free movement, learning how to dance in heels. warmup, hairography, walks, across the floor, hiphop/jazz fundamentals etc.
